I’ve worked for, consulted with, and run businesses of all shapes and sizes. As an employee, I grew up in the corporate world, having invested 15 years learning the ropes as a front-line supervisor, HR manager, and corporate trainer for well-known brands such as Herman Miller and Farmers Insurance. As a business owner, I successfully operated an organizational development consulting business for nearly two decades, so I understand what it takes to delight clients, deliver on time and work within a budget.
